What we manufacture
Every unit is thermally rated, mechanically designed and detailed in-house, then fabricated under a documented weld and inspection plan. Tell us the duty and we will work back to the geometry.

Most equipment problems start on paper. Because our design office and our shop sit together, the drawing that goes to the floor is the drawing that can actually be welded, inspected and cleaned in service.
Duty, LMTD, fouling allowance and pressure drop worked from your data sheet to fix surface area, tube count and passes.
Shell and head thickness, nozzle reinforcement, flange rating, tubesheet and support calculations to the governing code.
Rolling, forming, machining and welding to qualified WPS/PQR, with material traceability held against the mill certificates.
NDT, hydrostatic or pneumatic test and a bound dossier: drawings, calculations, weld map, heat numbers and test records.
Materials

Common questions
Shell and tube heat exchangers, air-cooled (fin-fan) heat exchangers, pressure vessels, atmospheric and low-pressure storage tanks, mixers and agitators, jacketed reactors, and custom fabrication such as process skids and pipe spools. Thermal and mechanical design are done in-house, so we can start from a duty rather than needing a finished drawing.
We design and fabricate to the rules of ASME BPVC Section VIII Division 1, and you receive the calculations, material certificates, weld records, NDT reports and test certificates that evidence it. That is not the same as applying a certified U-Stamp, which additionally requires the manufacturer to hold a current ASME Certificate of Authorization and to have the work witnessed by an Authorised Inspector. Tell us at enquiry stage which your project requires and we will confirm the route in writing before you order.
Either. If you have complete drawings and a specification we quote and build exactly to them, and tell you before cutting plate if we spot something that will not pass a code check or cannot be welded as drawn. If you only have a duty, a footprint and a code, we do the process and mechanical design, issue drawings for your approval, then fabricate.
For a heat exchanger: the fluid and flow rate on each side, inlet and outlet temperatures, design pressure and temperature, and any allowable pressure drop. For a vessel, tank or reactor: volume, design pressure and temperature, the fluid, and any footprint or height limit. For a mixer: vessel dimensions, batch volume, viscosity, solids loading and what the mixing has to achieve. Partial information is fine — we will come back with specific questions.
Yes. If the shell is sound, retubing usually costs a fraction of a new unit and takes less time. We survey the exchanger, measure it ourselves and quote against what is actually there rather than an out-of-date nameplate. We also re-machine tubesheets, plug individual tubes during a turnaround, repair flange faces, and re-rate a unit whose process duty has changed.
Yes. We are based in Egypt and supply across the Middle East and North Africa, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. Export documentation and packing for sea or road freight are arranged on request.
