In our workshop
Repair, retube, re-rate
- Retubing and tube bundle replacement — full bundle renewal, tube-sheet re-drilling, new bundles built to the original or an upgraded specification
- Tube plugging, individual tube replacement, eddy-current-guided repair
- Shell and channel repair — weld repair, section replacement, nozzle renewal, re-rating with fresh code calculation
- Gasket, internals and hardware replacement — separator internals, baffles, weir plates, vortex breakers, mesh pads and vane packs
- Post-weld heat treatment, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, NDT and surface preparation — in-house or subcontracted, confirmed at quotation stage against the actual scope
- Reverse-engineering of obsolete equipment within our own scope — dimensional survey, material verification, code re-calculation, and a like-for-like or upgraded replacement. This applies only to equipment with no current manufacturer, and never to a represented partner’s product.
