Design library
We model every unit in 3D before it is fabricated, and we animate the ones worth walking through. It means a design review can happen on screen — nozzle orientations, bundle access, jacket arrangement — instead of on the shop floor when it is expensive to change.

Why we model everything
Nozzles that foul the support, flanges that cannot be bolted up, manways that open into a wall — all found in the model rather than on site.
We check the bundle pull length, the manway reach and the bolt clearance in 3D, so “maintainable” is something we have verified rather than assumed.
Operators and maintenance staff can comment on an animation in a way they cannot on a 2D general arrangement drawing.
The shop works from an unambiguous model, which cuts rework and questions during fabrication.
A visual submission alongside the calculations makes a technical bid far easier for a client's engineering team to evaluate.
The same model becomes an operator training aid and a reference for future maintenance planning.
